La serie 24/7 es resultado del apoyo de la beca del FONCA para jovenes creadores,Con esta serie de trato de transmitir una visión critica del consumo a
través de paisajes nocturnos desolados. Esta serie esta inspirada en el trabajo
de Edward Hopper, quien visito y pinto algunos lugares de mi ciudad durante los
años 40.
The 24/7 series is the result of support from FONCA scholarship for young creators, this thematically transmits a sharp critical view of the interior desolation and perplexity which makes an exacerbation of consumption in capitalism. It does so through views in the dark, to build an exciting night memory of the city; these paintings are inspired pictorially in the work of the painter Edward Hopper, who visited and painted Saltillo repeatedly during the 1940s.
